Killa K
Inspired by old-school boom-bap sounds, Bangalore- based Killa K began writing rhymes when he was 15 and started making rap songs in Tamil in 2019. He dropped his debut single Va Voi (Come Bro) along with a music video on YouTube in February 2020, which gained notoriety over the lockdown and earned him 175,000 views to date.
Increasing attention pushed Killa K into the limelight earning him collaborations with Gully Gang, Rapido, Amphere, and Star Sports India along with opportunities to perform live at Under 25 Summit, Battle Ya Skills, and various college festivals across Bangalore and India.
On 17th June 2022, Killa K released his debut full-length album From the Cave with n ensemble of beatsmiths including Shaq-T, K.F, and 24K Beats.
Across its 11 tracks, the album delivers new Tamil Hip-Hop anthems like Inge (earning over 11k streams in under 2 months) and India 2 Malaysia featuring Malaysian artist Vajra, as well as 080 alongside Kannada rap’s Kali and A.V.P.
